Traceability system for each item from its purchasing to its final assembly at the mould.
The steel and spare parts are fully checked and tested (steel composition and hardness) after reception to keep our quality standard.

Moulds are tested during several hours in production conditions to evaluate its efficiency.
We can also perform specific tests in extreme conditions to determine the tool limits.
We provide complete reports that includes kinematics, part filling sequence, weight stability and dimensional report.
Our partner factories in China, Europe and Mexico will repair at no cost, each of our moulds with any manufacturing defect as well as provide mould maintenance service.
The mould balance will be paid once it is received and tested at customer´s facility.
