We make injection moulds up to 15Tn for automotive, home appliances, commodity, medical equipment, thin wall products, over-moulding, 2K, gas assist, etc.

Our staff has a vast experience and knowledge in mould manufacturing and assembly.
We have a rigorous traceability and manufacturing system to ensure the quality and efficiency of our tools.
State-of-the-art CNC, EDM, Wire-cutting and Gun-drilling equipment for mould making with an accuracy of 0,005mm.

We have our own injection machines to test and validate our tools.
Our procedure for mould test is as follows:
■   3.000 dry cycles
■  4-6 hours of production with the mould running in automatic mode
■  Same material (if possible) and injection parameters that will be used for mass production
■   1 hour video (or more if customer needs) of the mould running in automatic mode
